Possibly not any more. The DSHS rules now include an exemption where your trailer carries the equipment necessary to comply with state law, subject to eight conditions. Yes, if it's commercial-grade — residential appliances are an automatic fail in most jurisdictions — and if you tell us before we cut the layout. Adding a fryer after the hood is built means a suppression system that no longer covers everything.

Yes — anywhere in the country. Colorado is our second market — see Colorado builds, which are spec'd differently for altitude and freeze — and we tow regularly into Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana and Arkansas. We've also delivered as far as Georgia, South Carolina and Utah. We build to the jurisdiction you'll actually operate in, not to a generic spec — tell us where you'll run it and we'll quote the tow.

No, trailers only. For most first-time owners that's the better buy anyway: no engine, cheaper insurance, and an asset you own outright rather than a depreciating vehicle.

The trailer is always brand new. We build every box from scratch — we do not sell refurbished trailers on this agreement at all.

Cooking equipment can be new or refurbished, and which one you are getting is written on the equipment list attached to your agreement, item by item. Refurbished here means a working commercial unit with cosmetic marks — a scuffed door, a scratched panel — not something worn out. It is a way to put a better spec inside your budget, and it is your call, not a substitution we make quietly. If every item matters to you as new, say so and we will quote it that way.

If you are looking at somebody else's used trailer, read this first — the savings are real only if it passes inspection, and most don't without work.

It depends on how you buy, so here is all of it:

• Trailer, cash sale. 6 months from purchase — our welds, plumbing, electrical and gas fittings.
• Trailer, financed. Covered for the whole term of the agreement. As long as you are paying us, the workmanship is our problem.
• Equipment. The manufacturer's warranty, normally 12 months. We hand it to you with the invoice and the serial number.
• Tell us within 7 days. Not a technicality — it is how a claim gets made while the manufacturer's window is still open. A fridge that fails on Monday and gets mentioned three weeks later may be out of cover by the time we call them. One text the day you notice is all it takes.
• Normal wear and tear. Not covered — tires and water faucets. These are consumables.
• No warranty. Water pump and water heater. We tell you before you sign, not after.

Separately, the pass-inspection guarantee is a clause in your contract — if it fails inspection on something we built, we fix it free.
